Shipping and Returns

Free shipping to Austria on orders over €35.

Free shipping to EU countries (plus Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, UK and Northern Ireland) on orders over €100.

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from our depot in Austria. Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your items to reach you may vary. We will provide an estimate at the time of purchase.

For international orders outside the EU, the receiver is responsible for any charges applied at customs borders. Please be advised that orders from outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country. These expenses are not covered by BON+BERG.

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with a product, you can exercise your right to return.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We ask you to cover the return shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for goods that are lost in the post. We therefore recommend selecting a tracked shipping option.

How to Return an Item

To make the process as efficient as possible, please provide the following information:

Your order number

State which items you would like to return

State the reason for the return

We will email you with instructions for repackaging and sending your items back.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
