Free shipping to EU countries (plus Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, UK and Northern Ireland) on orders over €75.

Free shipping on international orders over €150.

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from our depot in Ireland.

International delivery can take up to 21 days from the dispatch date.

You can track your parcel using your tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

Orders from outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country. These expenses are not covered by Bon+Berg.

For EU shipments, no customs costs are due at delivery. Please note: Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland are in the Schengen area but are not EU member states and may be subject to customs duties.

For UK shipments, no customs costs are due unless the order exceeds £135. 

For USA shipments, no customs costs are due unless the order is above $800.

For all other countries, please note, custom policies vary widely from country to country and are determined by your local customs authority, so we have no control over these. We cannot predict how much they may cost, so you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
