  • Absolutely! Our wireless bras are designed to offer natural shaping and gentle support. Wide bands provide lift without underwires.
    Looking for more structure? Get in touch and we’ll suggest the best styles for your needs.

  • No worries! You can return items within 30 days if they’re unworn. Or, email us before ordering — we’ll help guide you to the right size.

Orders & Shipping

  • We ship from Austria.

    Delivery estimates:
    Austria & Germany: 1–3 days
    Ireland & EU: 7–10 days
    International: up to 21 days

    Ireland & Germany: €4.95
    Rest of EU: €7.95
    USA & Canada: €12.50
    Rest of world: €19.50

    ⚠️ Customs duties may apply outside the EU — these are not included in our shipping fees.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best!
    Please email us within 24 hours with your order number. Once shipped, we can’t make changes but you can return items within 30 days.

  • Yes, a tracking link is provided as soon as your order ships.
    Orders usually ship within 1–3 working days. No confirmation after 3 days? Contact us: hello@bonandberg.com.

  • Delays can happen. Check your tracking link first. If it seems to be taking longer than expected, please get in touch and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
    Unworn and in original condition
    With all tags and packaging
    Accompanied by proof of purchase

    Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Waiting longer than 15? Please contact us.

  • Return postage is not covered. You'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping. We refund the product cost once the return is approved.

    We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If you're in the EU, you have 14 days to return your order — no reason needed. Items must still be unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
